Flexplate Issue
Has anyone come upon a company that has a stronger flexplate than the stocker,I just had the tranny replace 6 weeks ago and my flexplate is rattling.I think aamco used the old plate but they are searching also for a better flexplate.

I have an extra stocker if u need one. Other than that, I cannot help u

Flexplates generally only break from two things - excessive crankshaft end-play and/or distorted/out-of-balance torque convertors. A stronger flexplate will only cause something else (read: something more expensive) to break.

This cracked flexplate is the result of someone not propperly installing the torque converter into the transmission.
