Oh, I just meant the metaphors were brilliant. Frequent use of the word 'poop' just got you extra credit.

Well, thank you. Can I get that gold star now . . . that you denied me . . . when I threw my hat out the window . . . all those months ago.

Only in America

would such a discussion take place, in such freedom and without sanction.

An open society is what caused the security loophole to allow this terrible thing to happen. Only an open society can have clear and open debate. "Freedom of the Press" is not a hollow notion.

It is heartening to see and hear such debate and open emotional comment from people of worth. Those who lost out on 9/11 were not lost in vain while there are those of us left who will think it out and find a solution.

I salute you people and I trust you understand what I mean. Actions do speak louder than words, but noise does not necessarily fix a lot of problems.

Joe

Needless to say, Nick was on my mind alot during my tranny ordeal -- even though I was using the "formal" form of the word.

We *do* say the nicest things to each other, don't we?

(I shudder to think what "key words" invoke memories of me -- besides "AWS" "Zebra" and "taters" )

Hey Joe!

I still lurk here... a lot. The truck is great! But I still miss the SVX sometimes, especially when a long trip comes up or I see one cruising down the road. My Taco gets a little squirrely when it's just rained (it's a RWD pick-up... what did I expect? ) Other than that it goes just about anywhere I tell it to. I can actually get it to drive right up a 23" veritcal surface, but when a rear tire leaves the ground, I'm done for... I hope to fix that in the near future with a selectable locker, as I'm not a fan of the auto-lockers.

TTYL!

Seth

Well, I think we can bring up AWS without fear of angry reprisal these days..... yup Zebra and taters still make me shudder!

I was going to try and make Reading, but I'll be in Ft Lauderdale on business that week, and at a class in DC afterword... my wife would not take kindly to me skipping a weekend with her as I will be traveling more and more now.

I'll certainly be thinking of you all, and wondering what 40 SVXes look like all in a row!

Is Never2Phat going? If you see him, tell himI said Hi!

Sure do wish you could make it, but I certainly understand.

Yes, Brian (never2phat) finally crawled out of wherever he was to say he'd be there. He has been posting alot lately, he'll probably see this post, so, I guess you just told him yourself.
