trouble codes

I just had my low mileage used engine installed from a 95 svx,its real strong,it ran 15.2at 92 on day 2 of install,and 14.77at 95 after my bolt on parts were installed.My codes have been cleared,but during warmup its, ok the second I drive off I get a check engine light.Here are my codes tps,egr,all fuel injectors,02sensors,if all of this is true why do the car run like a charm.Also I have a 94 fwd with a 95 engine,could that be the issue.I will install a zex kit after my trouble codes are over.
