calling out to Kinetic

last post I saw from you Mike you where going
to "fix" my problem with the wheels I got from you.
In case you forgot, I still have no matching caps and all the wheels
are scratched to **** in the shipping because of the zero packing
you all did in the process....
And yet you had no problem taking my money, you are
about 8 weeks slow of fixing the problem.
Ive emailed, called and left messages
so whats your excuse this time ?

PLEASE!!!! I don't think we can survive ANOTHER episode like the LAST one!!! ( I'm SURE that everyone KNOWS which episode I refer to)

Please, if someone has a problem with another member in a sale, Call, Email, PM, or Yell, but don't drag this through the mud in front of everyone here. I know that members get fed up at times, but it should be taken care of privately and not in front of everyone here. This is best for all of the members in the SVX community.

Thanks

From the looks of it, Dayle has tryed Calling, Emailing and PMing... It seems that this is maybe the best course of action, to let the members of the community know that they need to be careful who they deal with??

Agree

I agree with Hocrest. I have had previous communications problems with Kinetic also, so I know where Dayle is coming from. They never answer any messages. I also had similar packing and quality problems--with a spoiler that came scuffed and deep scratches from poor packing and missing a mounting stud (broken off prior to shipping). At the time it was not worth it to make a big deal out of it, so I did not, but I do think it is very appropriate for all members to know of experiences with a vendor/seller----no matter who they might be.

I will say that I have bought other things from then, since the spoiler problem--because I needed the item--not because they were ideal vendors.

Its true, Ive made numorous long distance calls
left several polite messages, about 10 emails
and nada....
Ive been about as cool about it as possible, this forum
can be used for lots of things, and this is just one of them.
Earl, tell me if you had bought $272 worth of parts from
me, and there was a problem, and you couldnt get me
to return phone calls or emails, you are telling me you wouldnt post up "anything" up here asking me to get
ahold of you about the problem ?
All the guy has to do is make things right or at least stay in touch with me, thats not asking a whole lot.

I agree with you. That is not a good business person who would do that. I have always had good dealings with Motorsport-SVX and could always get a message or phone call to him. I can see that this may be the last way to get in touch with him and I hope it works. I also understand the need to caution other members as well. I just didn't want this to get into a mud slinging contest as with a few other posts in the recent past.

Whats my beef ?? have you been living in a cave ???
Its your company and if you want put the blame on your
partner, thats fine.
All I care about is getting the situation resolved, period.
No one has called me back or replied to any of my emails..
and trust me, Ive sent plenty.
Im NOT a hard person to get ahold of, everyone on the board
knows that.
This isnt trash talking, this is business. If you choose to run your
business a certain way, thats your business.
My concern at hand is getting the refund or a massive discount on the
scratched up wheels (which are this way because of the no packing
supplied while in shipment, and I still dont have the matching Bronze
centercaps.)
You asked....thats my beef

What the heck? You got the wrong Mike, It's not Mike621's company, it's Green1995SVX's. At least get your Mikes right!

For the record, I've never had a problem with Mike Davis. He's brought me parts personally and has always been eager to respond to my messages/calls.

I'll send you an email again later Dayle.

Cheers,
John
