For those who don't know,

The MR stands for Mitsubishi Racing. So it was just a slightly more tuned version. Like the Lancer Evo VIII MR coming out soon (or maybe out already in Japan).

Personally, I'd really like to get a hold of one of those VR4 Spyders, I think I've only seen 2 of those... ever.

I am not a big fan of stealths or 3000gts, and specially with the morons that drive them. majority tend to fall in 16-21 year old group who haven't quite grown out of puberty yet. Anyways, i read some of those replies and i am amazed you kept your cool. Ah well, what're you going to do.. they probably just felt threatened of their life that is their car. =\

whatever.

Agreed. A tractor would be the last thing on earth I'd compare our engine sound to...more like a flat 6 porsche!

I know a lady (Principal of our local elementary school) Who owns a 911 Carrera, and I definetely agree with Chike on this one, the sound is almost exactly like the 911 Carrera.

intersting story about those cars. A customs company in cali was making the retractable hardtops on existening cars. Mitsu sanctioned them to build some umteen number of spyders and only in certain years! (part of me wants to say 97 only)They are very rare and hold their value, still in the 20's for most.
