What to do with a VW 2.0 twincam...
Any ideas on what kind of car to buy or build that would be sweet to swap this engine into? I may be geting a GLI parts car with this engine in it...

Today I got to thinking that the old VW Fox wagons were cool, strip one out and build a little lightweight racer
It's not a done deal yet, but I'm thinking inexpensive, a dune buggy sounds cool, I havn't built a chassis for anything yet, it's a good time to start!

I'd go with a first gen Rabbit in nice shape. They weighed in at only 1800lbs and with a sweet modern engine in them and good suspension bits you'd have a real sleeper on your hands. Those old Rabbits could really be made to handle well!
