glove box light bulb -- how to change?

Anyone know how to remove the glove box light bulb -- my fingers are too big. I need to get a new bulb. It the bulb a screw in or push down and twist?

Also I noticed a piece of elastic that's obviously there to hold owner's manual. Never noticed it before! Cool.

Where is the place to plug in a cellphone? I heard the svx came pre wired for mobile phones.
