Saying goodbye, but not forever
A lot of people on here probably dont even know who I am... and I wish I could say differently, but I cant. I used to have an SVX...(now Earls Claret)... it wasnt in good shape, but I enjoyed every second of cleaning her up. Im just starting college, and I know Im not going to be getting an SVX again anytime soon. I really hope to one day have another, not as a daily driver, more for a collection reason. I really do love this car, and hated to part with mine, but I just couldnt afford it.
So now its time for me to move on... Im driving a car that wont have so much maintenance to keep up with (a 2006 Ford Focus). And for now, this is a good car for me. Ill still drop in every once and a while, see whats going on in the SVX world... But for now this is goodbye. I want to thank everyone on here though... even though I may not have interacted directly with you, this place has helped me out... If something was ever going on in my life, I came here to make all the problems go away. I believe we are all a sort of family here, and I hate to leave. So... so long everyone. Ill drop in sometime, and lurk as well. Thanks again to everyone. I have enjoyed every minute here. -Dennis

Sorry to see you go!
Just stick a subaru badge on that focus, and no one will be able to tell that its not a new wrx. I have a hard time telling with the FORD badge.  Patrick

Dont leave just because you dont have an SVX! We are all a family here and even though you dont have an SVX right now, you still have the bug and are welcome here. If your gonna have time restraints and stuff (and thats why your leaving) then all I can say is; Hope to see you back soon! and Good luck with college!

I will always have the bug... As I posted in another thread... I have a picture of a red SVX on the face of my laptop. And I still freak every time I see one go by. I will visit often, but I wont post as much. And thanks everyone.
