Atco Drag Meet Thurs May 11th

I am heading to the track to run my N20 setup for what will probobly be the first time. Heres to hoping I don't blow it up and I will try and mount a camera to capture the run from the inside. Maybe if someone doesn't want to race, they will get some vid from outside. Anyway figured I post it up, I will be getting there at or around 4:30pm when the gates open

Thanks Chike, this is kind of last minute and it is on a thursday so I am not expecting a large turn-out but I just want a camera man and a ride home if I destroy it

I'm with you on that one. Are you going to do any n/a runs before hitting the bottle?

Yes I will get a base run for N/A and I am goin to try and setup my Mr Dyno for it too. To see what the improvements are

If I remember correctly, Tom doesn't have performance cams installed in his silver SVX yet (correct me if I'm wrong). Depending on temps and humidity, I bet he'll also hit mid 14's n/a, but will be in the very low 13's on the gas.

bet all you want but I doubt I will hit 14's with it N/A Dunno, this car just seems sluggish to me. Anywho it would be nice to dip into the high 12's on the gas but we will see.

It is carrying around 100lbs extra compared to your former Ebony. One of the disadvantages of the 6MT which it makes up with sheer strength...

Btw, do you have the cams installed in the silver yet?

No, I have not had the time or the money to do them yet. They are not far off in the future. I have 3 sets of cores now so thats not a problem

I plan on resealing my spare motor installing the new cams and my new valve covers and intake manifold whenever i get the time and swapping the engines

What time you planning on getting there? And are you heading there from Philly or Jersey.
