From the timing of the pulses though, I'd have to agree with the ABS theory. From the few times I've intentionally induced mine the timing sounds right. Earthworm's tranny theory kinda makes sense with it, but why is it engaging ABS at all? Unless the extreme heat buildup is throwing off the sensors into thinking there is wheel slip. Personally I'd take it as a perfect opportunity to justify the purchase of some slick new rotors to the wife
