Starting Problems
My SVX has had some starting problems since yesterday morning. The engine doesn't want to fire up, and when it does, it sputters for a few seconds and dies. Eventually it starts, but sputters for a few seconds before it starts to idle. Then I have to let it idle for a few minutes before I give it some gas, or it will die. It only does it after the car has been sitting for a while, like 4-5 hours. And the Check Engine light has been on since it started doing this. It's had trouble starting a couple of times since I've had it, but I'd just give it a little gas and it'd fire right up. And the engine light has come on before, but not for very long, so I just blew it off. Anyone have any ideas?

Almost 99% sure you will get an error code 21 indicating that your Coolant temperature sensor is defective.

Yeah, this afternoon they told me thats the only thing they can think of is that. When they first checked the code, it said "Insufficiant Fuel" or something to that effect. So they put about 4gal of gas in (at $10/gal, damn thiefs) and she fired right up, no engine light. Figures. So when they call me and basically said I'm an idiot, I asked how come it didn't it with a full tank, either? Thats when they said it may be the sensor. They said without any indication, they couldn't fix it because of the warrenty. I said your not paying for it, so either fix it or you won't see the car when the trannie goes. They're working on it right now. God, I hate dealers.
