Re: Trans problems

Does it shudder when driving sometimes? Like when you give it gas and let off? Mine did that a day after I got it and then a few days later when I was having it checked out I found out my rear tires wernt working. Rear berings and tranfer clutches went. Its still in the shop... I hope to have it back tomorrow.

I hope your car does not suffer the same fate as mine did. Its expensive.

If it's making a grinding noise, it won't a sway bar bushing problem. If a bolt holding the sway bar bushings has fallen off, it causes more of a clunk sound. You should be able to easily see the sway bars if you look underneath the car. A more common sway bar bushing problem is that they will make a creaking noice going over a speed bump. A little lube will mkae things better that (just make sure they put all the bolts in properly).
