Well I got some time Friday night so I put the wheel bearing in it, it didn't come apart easily( torches, presses, and BFH's)It has oviously been done before, and not very well. But it's all better now nice and quiet. I also installed the mirrors and put the door panels back on for now, till you put some speakers in the door. Finally found a good spot to adjust headlight and did, but they still suck. It's got a gimpy dim low beam on the pass side and it has one clear fog light and one yellow one but the high beams work good. Took it out for a longer more manuvering drive and found out that the pass rear tire does rub the wheel well, even when making hard left turns. I think it's just hitting the the mutilated plastic liner and not really the reconstruted wheel arch, so just one more little thing to fix before it finally leaves. The rotor pulsing did go away but the tranny isn't as good as I thought, it does shift hard with no slipping but if your accelerating hard and never let out of it , it won't shift 3rd. You have to let of the gas to make it shift. Anyway it's good enough for now just buy some new lights get the stereo wired and drive it.

I have to go to the garage Sunday to fix the filler neck leak on the damn wagon, if it dosn't give me to hard a time ( ya right ), I'll see if I can fix the tire rubbing prob. on 007 afterward.

I'll be there in the morning 9ish to 12ish.

It's not my car it's my wifes even thoe she hates it and want's the Loyal back on the road. What would you rather drive this summer a Legacy with A/C, moon roof, a good stereo, and decent power, or a Monster Loyal with some working windows, a stock speakered system, and not enough power to get out of it's own way?

I'm loving life except i think there is oil coming out of the exhaust...I'll give you three guesses as to where that might be coming from but the first two don't count
The car feels good looks real nice cleaned up and sounds sick...almost angry in power mode.
I have spent the whole day looking at the car, I even made sure to park it at work where I can see it from the door, I'm in love.

Good news....never mind false alarm saw what I thought was oil but haven't seen anything else since and I let the car idle for a while gave it gas a few times and nothing.

IAC seems to hav things straightend out no more surging and the only shifting problem is if I drop the throttle all the way.

BAD NEWS I got completely owned by a WRX its definatley been modded so I don't feel terrible but I got Owned none the less
