Thanks Aredub

Early this morning I read the history of the Reading SVX Meet composed and posted by Aredubjay.
I enjoyed it immensely. It brought back many fond memories, tugged at my heartstrings and a tears of joy welled up in my eyes.

All I have to say is, "THANK YOU RANDY!!"

PS: Only VIII more weeks until Reading VII
PPS: Dare I mention canoli?

Larry,
I have done a search and couldn't find Randy's "history". Could you help us all out in finding it?
Thanks, and looking forward to seeing you and Rosie!

Larry,
Randy is good at writing those stuff.
I only met you once in Reading III with my teal.
I have been keeping this event in mind, I will try to make it if everything's going good for me and also depends on how well is going on with my yellow x. If I come with the yellow one, I promise you to always park beside Randy's and make circles around him with my 4.44 yellow(hopefully I can a good one later) and let him remember of the love of yellow reading meet...

Maybe you should post the article here and it will make more members to come.

PS: How are the programs of this meet? Any techinical sessions?(my yellow can be a volunteer demo - needs a lota work )

Take care.

Perhaps Mike (Green1995SVX) could put this link in his post/thread "What is the 'Reading Meet'?".

Thanks, Diana!!

It was so good, I have copied it to a special file. And it brought a tear to my eye just like Larry III - and I didn't even own a SVX at that time and did not go to the first event. Randy, wonderful recap!! You have a gift - how about a write-up on the first Snowshoe Meet?

Diana, how was your trip to Florida? You and Tom made the trip at the right time, for sure!!

If they're as good as last year, how about XLVIII?
Better yet, use your first initial. Order L and be done with it!!

Thanks, Diana. I have read again and also brought my tear drop. ```

As Randy said:
" If you are an SVX owner/enthusiast, this is one gathering you should try to attend, at least once, in your lifetime. "

or even more. C'mon people, sign up!

Went to the Reading was a fun trip/holiday to me, the drive was great, the people were nice. Also, it's my pleasure to meet some really nice members around.

Now let's get moving on the 15th Anniversary meet! It's in 2007 and its already been more than 3 1/2 years since Lafayette.

Kinda scary, huh?
I would gladly do a countdown clock for the 15th Anniversary meet...

If I knew when the thing was going happen!

Over the years, we have had Reading, Snowshoe, Brakeshoe, Lafayette and a
few more nicknames for our various get togethers.

I propose we tenatively call this one the "Armegeddon 15"...

(We all know it's coming, we just don't know when.)

But the poll currently seems to favor August 12 or september 2, 2007

Well, here I am screwed again - I now have a wedding to attend April 22!!! Why can't these people check the schedule for this meet before scheduling other events for me!!!

Hope you all have a great time and I am VERY sorry I won't be able to make it. (Again)

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.
