Parting Out 92 LS-L

Car has approx 116k, most parts are still available, body parts are blue and will need to be repainted. Car needs to stay in "rollable" condition. Rotors and wheel bearings are bad.

For more information go to SubaSteevo's SVX Parts

You may also post here or PM/IM me with your parts requests.

Are you going AWD?

I need to keep the car rollable for the time being. If you just need the shafts and you can swap your parts you can have em.

Yeah, I'm going AWD 5speed pretty soon.

No rush on them, I will need both complete rear axles. I don't know what you mean by "just the shafts and swap my parts." What parts would I swap? Though whenever you plan on taking them off I can buy them from you.

There should be some sort of a support or filler or something where the axle shaft would go to connect to the hub assembly, suspension, etc. At least that's what I would think, or maybe the whole assembly is different?

To tell you the truth I really don't know. I'm in no rush for the axles though. Just let me know when you're ready to take them out and I can buy them from you.

Grey interior? I think the blue had that. If so (and also had the sunroof) what shape is the headliner in? I'd be interested in that.
Also, both sun visors and the trim piece on the drivers side that is an extension of the center consol.

Power seats?

Seat Bolt Cap

Out of all the bits and pieces I have recieved from other members I am still missing one cap. I need the seat bolt cap from the passenger side, the inner one, next to the tranny tunnel. Gray.

Do you have the driver's side power widow master switch? If so, how much for it shipped to 82072?

Steve, more out of curiousity than actual interest, how much would shipping be for the doors to Canada, K2J 5E3? If it's inconvenient for you to find out, don't bother. I need to get new doors eventually, and shipping is going to be the killer, so I'm just planning on how much to set aside.

Based off of the size and weight of the doors they would classify as a freight shipment. You could save some weight by removing the door glass and all unnecessary equipment, but then you'd be costing yourself more time in labor. From my experiences I'd guess shipping would be around $100-$150/door within the US, then you'd need to add in customs costs, etc so you'd be approaching or surpassing $200/door just in shipping costs.

My personal recommendation would be to find a donor car in the correct color, in good condition, as close as possible to your home, then take a day trip to pick them up. The amount you'd save in shipping and painting should more than account for the gas cost (and hotel stay if necessary).
