head gasket replacement and parts questions

Hello,
I plan to replace my head gaskets to seal the blackhole where my coolant always ends up (I talk about it in this thread). I'm compiling a parts list and need some advice. I have 168K miles on the car. I replaced the trans less than 10K miles ago (along with the rear seal) so I don't want to lift out the engine. I plan to do the work with the motor in the car. This is my list so far:

Code:
Crankshaft seal	$6.53	1 806733030
Camshaft seal	$6.11	2 806732150
Camshaft plug	$2.65	2 807045030
O-ring for oil pump	$2.25	1 806919050
Water pump gasket	$1.94	1 21114AA051
Head gasket	$34.25	2 11044AA243
Valve cover gasket (right)	$12.92	1 13270AA031
Valve cover gasket (right)	$6.06	1 13294AA020
Valve cover gasket (right)	$6.06	1 13294AA030
Valve cover gasket (left)	$12.92	1 13272AA031
Valve cover gasket (left)	$6.06	1 13293AA011
Valve cover gasket (left)	$6.06	1 13293AA020
Oil separator cover gasket	$2.25	2 11832AA022
Crank pulley - I plan to get a cheapie from ebay (lightened but OEM size)... or possibly a 3 pulley set from Group-A performance. There's a question on whether to get a power steering pulley with coarse or fine splines, talked about here. Which does the SVX use?

Timing belt kit $200.00 1 (ebay, I doubt I'll get any arguments) except I can't find any kits that include the water pump, so...

Water pump... new or rebuilt? rock auto has one for like $50 or do you have a better place? (BTW, the thermostat is brand new, although I'll probably replace the gasket again)

Head washers - i don't want to pay $8 per bolt from subaru just to get new washers... home depot?

Spark plug gaskets... I couldn't find these in the parts catalog, I guess they attach under the valve cover, but do I need them and what's the part number?

timing cover seals... (13584-AA090 and 13586-AA060). do i need these? these haven't been mentioned very much on the forum.

OK, what am I forgetting? I welcome your infinite wisdom.

Definitely new for water pump. Would make no sense to put an old one on your car.
here is the information for timing belt - rollers- water pump.
I found it!

That is all I can do.
