Whining/Oil Smell PowerSteering

Just had the Power Steering Pump replaced by Subaru twice...2nd job still leaves the car making whining sounds about 5 minutes after it is started and when the wheel is cranked. I had the high pressure power steering line replaced as Subaru said this was the problem.

This subaru kept my car 3 weeks, and I am now sending it to another subaru with the 1 year warranty. Any idea what this could be? The car smells/wreaks of oil.

change the water, the screen, and make sure you cover the carp

but more seriously...

if your whine is a squeel then your belt is probably just loose
if your whine is a moan then the pump is probably bad

they should have replaced all the lines with the pump and blown out the cooler but considering they obviously did a bad job..who knows where you are now... have them replace any lines that don't look new and blow out all the lines that do
