Buy only from the South Jersey crowd if you pay when you pick the parts up and a visual inspection can determine the condition of the parts.

Good luck with that one too... I've attempted to meet with one of them a good 2 or 3 times without any success. I kept getting hung up on when trying to determine the date. Go figure
