cabin noise

I just got my transmission rebuilt from (AAMCO) and found that the noise within the car with the windows closed has become a problem. It appears to be coming from the back but not technical so I don't know how to isolate where. As I go faster, the volume of grows.

Basically it sounds like something is not sealed and engine noise is exposed.... Does that make sense?

Any help is appreciated before I lose my mind....
