Actually I haven't had any problems with they even retro activated unlimited texting when I went over by 2k texts. So they are okay in my book

I like US Cellular, don't know if they have any establishment out east at all. But 3 months in a row I changed my text plan a few days before the new month because one month I was way over, next month I was way under so I saved myself a few bucks, and then changed it back up and they had no problem doing it. I've also gotten roaming charges when I shouldn't have, and they erased them without any hassle-Just said I was here and I shouldn't get roaming charges there...
I have friends with other companies and the reps b***h and moan any time they want to change anything. Oh well, just stating what goes on here...
