Both front CV joints (1/2 shafts replaced)
New brake pads on all 4.
Glass is good all windows work ( normal scratches on driver side window)
Car has 78,000
A/C is great converted to new gas fully charged
New gas lines from tank to front door.
Exhaust is loud (pin holes in center pipe at flanges)
Driver seat has a seam rip on bottom Other seats ( F&R) have never been sat in .
Antenna broke (motor still works )

Re: 1992 pearlie

Trailer hitch will be removed I need it .
My white one is no longer for sale. I can't find a title for it so at this point it can't be sold. I will end up fixing the few problems (A/C recharge and the exhaust leak ) and drive the wheels off it. Would make a good parts car The engine is as smooth as silk with only 79,000 on it and the tranny shift with a solid bang in every gear. with out a title I can't even crush it in CT. I am going to dig a deep hole in the yard and bury it. <LOL> Don't say request a duplicate title or apply for a lost title because the original one, according to CT. DMV, it is all screwed up.

Re: 1992 pearlie

Ok the White Pearl is back on the market. Needs a seat" front drivers" they are a dime a dozen, Needs exhaust repair. $65.00 magnaflow will fix it. Small rust spots See photos above. With the exhaust fixed ( worse case $ Midas muffler shop $350.00) you can drive it cross country. Heck it ain't that loud you could do it even if you don't fix it . Runs smooth no issues .Passed emissions last month, guys says you could almost breath the air coming out of it. Antenna stuck in up position but motor runs antenna stays still. New shaft needed . Door locks work but not with remote. Checked with auto alarm people they can fix it for $150.00. I got a clean title for it today . Any offers. Has not hit 80,000 miles yet . Was my wife's baby til she wanted the Acura TL . I just bought a 5speed SVX so Pearlie is sitting . A few guys have offered to buy it but they want it for a winter crasher. It deserves better that that . A good deal to a good home .
PS: A/C is fully charged and blowing cold air. Trailer hitch is removed .

Re: 1992 pearlie

No bites .. You can buy a lot worse that this. this car you can drive everyday while you fix the little things wrong with it, Or you can clean it up and just drive it as is , I still am . If it gets closer to winter I i may start to fix it and then I will use it for my winter car. Come SPRING I will be looking for more money for it . buy now get it cheap. May consider deliver if it is not too far.

What kind of price are you looking for? Usually having a price listed greatly helps increase interest.

Re: 1992 pearlie

For 1500 cash I can pick it up this weekend. I've been looking for an SVX in the area for a few months now but craigslist has not been kind. I think it's time to bite the bullet and make a purchase. Just let me know where you are located and I can make the trip tomorrow.

Thanks,
Denver

Ps: don't let my post count scare you, and I'm not just looking for a winter beater so don't worry about that.
