It will not start (from time to time)_ bad security module?

In about 5% of the time it will not start. When I turn the key, the starter would not engage, not a click, nothing.
After several attempts combined with the move of the shifter (maybe this movement didn't help actually) it will finally start like nothing happened.

The battery is good.

My first opinion is that the security is acting up disabeling the starter. Maybe is a coincidence but also when I use the remote the car would allways close but only sometimes open. I changed the battery on the remote but no change.

My other idea is that I may have a bad contact on the shifter.

I do not have a clear correlation between the remote malfunction and the car not starting but it is very possible.

Did anybody experienced the same issue?
What was the fix?
