Heater inlet hose
Hi, Chris. I want to install a Prestone cooling system flush kit and need to identify the heater inlet hose. Can you help? There seem to be too obvious possibilities coming out of the firewall on the driver's side of center. Is the inlet hose the one with the double-L shape (as opposed to the straight one)? I have a 1996 SVX LSi. Many thanks.

Jonathan,
Install it in the hose that is closer to the passenger side - it comes out of the firewall and makes a right angle toward the passenger side fender and then turns again and heads into the engine. It should also have an arrow imprinted on the hose that points into the firewall.
