its still on, unless some cataclysmic event happens between here and then.
As for the times itll be going on:
Ill be at the park around 10AM. Sometime before that ill be buying chips, ect. The night before ill pound out some patties and let them marinade (I dont mess arund with my burgers )
the grill fires at noon, and festivities continue untill everyone decides they are bored and leave. Im going to guess thatll be sometime around duskish (8PM mabey?)
I was wondering....and this is just an idea I am going to toss out there. Would anyone be intrested in a sceninc / photo drive? The catch: its dirt roads. Theres a near by gaming reservey typed deal that has some decent dirt roads. a few potholes and braking bumps but otherwise fairly smooth and well packed. I could lead the way for anyone intrested. Ill test the roads the day before just to make sure some redneck didnt decide to make ruts in the road
So yeah, ill see you the 12th
I'm back in!

Ill make sure to guard one

..though no gaurentee itll still be hot

Ooh yeah, As Mike CG asked like 40 posts ago..directions would be nice.
Heres a link to a very vauge description of the park

Okay...If your going to pull a mapquest manuver, its roughly at something like 1200 rt 539 (North Green St.)
there doesnt seem to be an actual adress for the place...but if there were that/s about whatd it'd be

If your coming from the parkway, southbound, itll be Exit 58. Make a left off the exit ramp onto route 539 toward tuckerton. Travel aproximatly a mile and a half and you will see a traffic light next to a Wawa. Dont bother to ask them to use their bathrooms, theres bathrooms at the park..and their restroom isnt public anyway.Anyway,at this point youll probly be able to see svx's through the trees to your right. Go straight through the light. The road will almost immidiatly open up to be like 6 lanes wide for no apperent reason...but one of them lanes is a lane to make a right turn into the park.Another very obvious nearby landmark is the "Sea Oaks" country club entrance. The entrance to the park is directly across the street from the golf course entrance..
If your coming northbound from the parkway, same deal, just right instead of left at the exit

If your coming eastbound on 539, something like 20 miles away theres a little -Insert banjo theme from deliverance here- town. Basicly keep going untill you make it to the oh so magic traffic light I speek of.

If your coming westbound from 539....Well, you probly live here, or you took route 9 for some reason. If thats the case, turn onto 539 and drive. Pass through the light and keep going untill you see the 6 lane wide dealy. the park is on the left.
Hopefully that helps

Happy B'day in advance Dan! When I met you last year, I would have thought you were 10 years younger...

Dan, happy birthday in advance. Ill look forward to seeing you next time.
Larry, its unfourtunant you couldnt make it. Im sure Ill see you at Reading next year

A little bit of a change in plans... Unfourtunantly its 90% impossible to make reservations with theese people, at least on the short notice I had to offer. But the good news is that my house is only a stones throw away! We are still meeting at the park, but at noon we will uproot and take the (Extreamly) short drive to my house. My driveway should easilly be able to park the handfull of people that are actually coming. After we eat we can do either the scenic drive/photoshoot...looks like the crowd will be small enough to manage things like that. The dirt road option is still there but im also mentally planning a paved route in case nobody wants to go off roading

If you are going to be arriving after 12:00, my house is easy enough to find. Its mabey 45 seconds down the road to the left. Itll be the old beat up house with sevral shiney svxi infront of it. Any questions, or if you get lost on the way here, ect. Feel free to call me at (609) 290-3677

Ill see you there!
