Maybe I'll show up on the nighthawk. Made it down to Winchester, VA on it this past October. If my butt wasn't killing me could've went another 500 miles.

Seat pad as it it goes on top of the current one? There isn't anything out there like a Corbin that fits my ancient beast. I'm just looking at it as if I'm training myself for the PFD cusion that'll be on the Rabbit.

Yeah it goes on top of the seat...(or you can have it inserted into your seat),
I bought one for Carol, but I probably use it more than she does, as she doesn't ride much....

Austin just got back with me on the rooms....and the Inn only has a few rooms left, so it looks like cabins will be the best bet (or camping if you like that).

Tell them you're with the Subaru Group, and they're supposed to knock 15% off the price.

The cabins are the cheap way if you buddy up, as you can sleep 4-5 comfortably in the 2 bedroom ones....and splitting the cost with 4 or 5 people, really gets it down.

I dont know how i missed that! I reread that post twice looking for a date mentioned.

I'm about 3 hours from the start of the dragon so i'll try to be there. I'm about 45 minutes from the NC/SC boarder so if i get up at sunrise i should be there in time to hang out before the sun goes down.

I'm looking forward to meeting a real SVX fan, not just an owner who doesnt have a clue what he has in his garage. I have a new 'friend' in one of my classes with a legacy but he's such a kiss ass to the prof. its not a lot of fun to talk to him about it. (oh and he has a pocket protector which he carries not his pens but his pocket pc. I thought they were ment to prevent ink stains from leaking pens!)

My boyfriend and i discussed it and we're going to try to make it up there. I have some tranny issues at the moment that will determine if i can or cant come (at least in the subaru. I could take my moms honda civic, after all its tons of fun to drive! )

We've discussed going camping several times but never really got the time to do it and cooperating weather, so it looks like we'll be bringing along a tent (or getting a cabin and calling it camping) and hanging out the whole weekend.

We're hoping to pick up a second SVX before then, so if you have a black one (has to be an automatic) for sale or thinking of selling one PM me. This one is his, so we'll have a black and a pearlie with a black top for our wedding day (bride and groom cars too. too cute?)
