Koni strut question?

My front struts are diffinitely shot. I was wondering if the back ones are expected to last a lot longer, or if they also are probably bad. Is it okay to put Koni struts in the front and not in the back? If so, does it still improve performance? Thanks

Koni's

I have Koni's up front and OEMs in the rear. Haven't adjusted them for spirited driving yet but everything seems just fine. I really like them but most people I've talked to seem to say that they really aren't that much better than stock struts. Granted I went from 125k stock struts to brand new Koni's. Big difference.
