Question for you Colorado guys.

I'm here in Littleton delivering a load of displays to a new Lowes they are building and after this I have to go down to Phoenix. The computer show it being 110 miles quicker and I would get to avoid most of the DOT scales if I go down across 50/285/160 verses I25/I40/I17. The down side of taking the senic route is I'm heavy and only have a couple sets of chains on me, however I could buy more. I want to take the senic route just because it's the only part of the country I haven't been in yet, however I'm debating wether I should wait untill this spring when I was gonna go cross country on my motorcycle. Any thoughts on the route would be appreciated. Thanks, Adam

if it were not this day, i'd take the scenic route. today, however, i'd stay on the interstates and come back to check out our mountains in the late spring, summer, or early autumn.

Thxs Kenneth, that's what I was kinda thinking, besides whenever I try to mix play with work, I end up getting burned someway or another.
