i hooked mine to the wires that go to the heated mirror switch. not sure which one it was but if you test them you'll find one that only has power with the lights on. i hooked my ground to one of the bolts that holds the panel on under the steerind steering column.

the wire will probally still be there in the harness though you don't have the mirrors. just pull out the parking/heated mirror switch and test the harness the switch is plugged into. you should find the appropriate wire there.
