You have to! That's when driver support ended. I think it worked in Windows ME as well but why would you want to?

I have not yet found a 3rd party app that allows me to use the TV Tuner part of the card in XP.

Yeah I know. I have one too that I snagged from a PC at work. I was let down when I found out it only worked on 98. I was hoping they made new drivers when I saw you mention it
