Anybody Into the Real Estate in NYC?
An extremely wealthy friend is asking me about the land value between 56th ~ 58th streets (6th and 7th Avenues) in West NY eligible for a 90floor Skyscraper...
 Any help with that?

I doubt you will find an answer on here, but also just to clarify. Your friend wants to build a 90floor skyscraper? I doubt that would get approved in the area of NYC you are talking about. OR are you talking about he wants to rent the 90th floor of a building?
