This Figures... why is it that the Legacy Model with Turbo (90-94 or the new ones) always feel slightly underpowered?
now... DONT get me wrong... I drove a 1991 Turbo Sport for along time, had over 200,000 miles on the engine, turbo, tranny, and clutch. and it was still strong! I think they should have just skipped all the damn dressing up of the new Legacy Turbo Engine, and just droped a 300hp STi engine in there, and reduced the body lean on corners. Does anyone else agree with me on this? I meen for the price there asking.

I agree completely - if the legacy had done 60 a bit closer to 5 seconds we would been been sold.
I felt like it was a sidestep from the svx. The rear seat isn't much bigger - sure there are 4 doors, but no knee room The body leans more. The engine feels no stronger - especially on the highway. It did have a huge cage for the trunkmonkey though. I was just hoping for a big step up in performance. But - I'm sure the aftermarket will step in quickly. Springs will be available. ECU tuning will come quickly. GT's will be making 300hp on the stock turbo in no time.
