Pain!!

I injured my back this morning, an 'acute' something latin.

The osteopath said the pain is equivalent to giving birth

Looks like I will be off work for several weeks. (At least the painkillers are starting to kick in)

Ouch!!

And they said men would never understand the pain of childbirth...

I feel for you. Good pain killers and lots of rest are definitely the way to go.

I've had spasms in my back muscles that were just excruciating. Are your pains muscular or more...structural?

Well, that just sucks. For your sake, I wish this back thing of yours didn't hurt worse than a kick to the nads. Get well soon, and enjoy those PK's while you can.

Thanks pals, the painkillers helped a lot but I was still in too much pain to sleep. A little lager soon sorted that out

Feel much better this morning, I managed to take myself as far as the bathroom unaided. An achievement most mornings for me

Sorry to hear that Andy

I hurt my back a few years ago and it hurt SO BAD to do anything! I ended up lying motionless in bed for a good week. They had me on cyclobenzaprine and naproxen, which helped, but not enough
