20 / 13 "Rooms Booked" Thread

The rooms contract for the 20th Anniversary/Reading XIII Meet is now in the HI reservation system. All pertinent information for obtaining rooms and the meet in general, can be found HERE: Reading XII will be held Thursday, APRIL 26 to Sunday, April 29, 2012 6170 MORGANTOWN ROAD...MORGANTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA 19543 Even if you think you might possibly go, commit and book your rooms. You CC is NEVER charged until you check out so there is no worries there. Don't hold back and wait. You can also register early to hold the room in the block. If at the last minute you can't attend, Don't cancel! Instead, you could offer it to other members in the event all rooms have been filled. It is not a cancellation, but a transfer of rooms within the block from one individual to another. I want everyone who actually books a room at the hotel to add their name, screen name, number of nights reserved, confirmation number and type of room. This will make it much easier for me (and the hotel) to keep track of where we are and what we may need. And all of the records in one place. "Let's get this thread rolling.
