Actually I didn't claim that you would. I remember, my wife remembers... 2 out of 3 ain't bad!

Keith
Could have worded that better...I live further north, as you know, Keith. I was not trying to say that I-5 has never been shut down, that would be ridiculous. I was simply saying I don't remember.

The $50.00 with free shipping had to be for tires that are not either within the safe age bracket, as already has been suggested... unsafe because of the age... seconds that were sold in mass on a clearance... or stolen! Another that is within the realm of possibility would be that HuskeyManiac also "prays a lot"

Re: Great deal on snow tires!

^ honestly, i don't the WS-60 design is old enough to have any tires that would be outside of the safe age bracket. i think they only came out in 2007

I didn't think age was it, but couldn't find any information to confirm that. That would eliminate the most unsafe of the probabilities! That only leaves 3! I am leaning toward "stolen"... maybe out the back door?

You see, once the general consensus says that running snow tires is not a bad thing, the cynic has to say there must be something wrong with the tires themselves.

If a man equates being wrong with being a failure or a loser and that man fears being a failure or a loser then that man will argue with anyone that does anything different than he does.

Yeah, you're right. I suppose next time I won't share information with the forum about a great deal on parts for their cars. That way, the thread can't be hijacked by a self-loathing bitter old man who only antagonizes people and enjoys to see them in misery so he doesn't have to be alone. The irony is that this individual never provides useful information or help to other forum members.

How would you know? "Ignore" deprives you of all my really helpful information! However, it does not deprive any of us from hearing whatever worthless stuff you come up with!!

In a way, it would be much better if the Ignore reversed that procedure, but I suppose we can all live with it the way it is.

No more brilliant notes of wisdom? I for one will just have to "get over it"

Keith
