It was a wonderful Meet indeed!

It was an overwhelming experience to meet everybody and their SVXes...It was like a big family reunion. The parking lot was like a dealership full of SVXes. Each one was uniquely beautiful....can't help but to take lots of pics.

Got some of the pics posted in my locker...Randy's pics are there too (for those who didn't make it to the meet)...and also the pics of the Subaru Baja.

vzSVX : Great shots , I think I need to upgrade my old Sony Mavica to something with much better resolution , the shot you took of my car ( 2nd SVX ) was awesome .

I don't think I ever actually introduced myself, nor, did we get to talk much. But, you are a testament to the fact that this attractive automobile attracts equally attractive ladies. Thank you for posting the great pics (excluding mine, of course ).

I've been wanting to meet you Randy, but you were too busy most of the time. It was great to finally see you in person though, and thank you for not confiscating my camera when I took a stolen shot of you... . You looked so cool in that shirt, and with those shades of yours, I wanted to have a picture taken with you as a souvenir, but unfortunately it didn't materialize. And you know who I wanted to meet also?...RON! I actually had a short chat with him. He's such a funny guy, he always make me laugh when I read his posts.

I'm also glad I finally met Larryiii and Rosie, very nice couple. Everybody was just so nice and friendly and warm...unbelievable. It feels like a dream. Only if my car could talk, she would thank me for taking her to that event. When is the next meet???

I know, I know. I became so wrapped up in meeting new people and visiting, that I was negligent in giving my lovely wife the attention she deserves. She is such a saint for putting up with me and my obsession, but, mostly for just putting up with me.

I know what you mean. My boyfriend complained that I think about my car more than I think about him. He asked me if I have to choose between him and my car, who would it be? Hmmmm...that's hard. I love them both. That's why lately, I got him more involved with my car also so there's no jealousy. I told him he has to replace the mast for my radio antenna this weekend. I also had him install my MP3 player....hehehe.

It's alright, Doug. It was too hot on that day and I didn't think my baby wanted to be stripped in front of her fellow SVXes. I'm sure it's not really that big of a deal...that's our project for this weekend.
Sorry, we didn't have a chance to say goodbye to you and Amy. We were gonna join you guys for lunch last Sunday, but we decided to just head home after putting gas on my car.
Please say Hi to Amy for me and I am looking forward for my coasters.
