Question How do I Remove back factory speakers?

I was trying to replace the back speakers on my subaru SVX 92, but I never thought it was such a hassle. Does anyone know how to take them out? I don't want to brake the plastic cover or anything.

Ah, Mr. Garcia. You're in for a treat. Go to the "How-to" personal locker and you'll find the instructions you seek. It's a real PITA, but, luckily, you'll be doing it in milder weather than I did. It was 97 degrees when I did mine, with all 5'9" 190 lb lard a$$ crammed into the back seat of my car. Good luck.

so do you think its worth to do only one back speaker?
My drivers side rear speaker is blown....,
sigh

Or should I just wait til I can afford a new system to go through the hassle of installing...

Or should i get a car steereo shop to do, and save me hassle, but have lots of broken clips

Henry, take it from me -- you'll only want to do this ONCE. Replace them both to avoid having to tackle the job a second time. It ain't fun.
