'96 Brilliant Red ~80k For Sale
I have a red '96 SVX for sale. It has about 80k miles currently. I bought this car new in '97 with 200 miles on it. Car runs and drives great, no problems with drivetrain; body and paint are good with normal wear for a car of this age. interior is clean, no burns although there is one small tear on the drivers seat and passenger side sunvisor needs to be replaced. Everything is basically stock except for a few intake mods (K&N filter, resonator removed, etc. and the addition of cross-drilled and slotted front rotors. Recent repairs include front calipers rebuilt, tranny checked out, AWD rear solenoids replaced, front strut mounts replaced, spoiler repainted (paint was beginning to crack). I am looking to sell it for around $5800 or I would possibly be open to a trade. I can provide plenty of pictures if you are interested.

It is an L. Has premium audio and AWD, but cloth seats and no sunroof or foglights.

Dave, Not all SVXs have foglights. There about eight around here and only one has foglights. Maybe what you meant to say is that every SVX that you have seen has foglights.

The SVX headlights are projector beam with *integrated* fog-lights.
What you are referring to as fog-lights may be different than what he is referring to as fog-lights. Just a thought.

Fog lamps are standard on ALL US models.

No, real foglights have separate switches, as it is not desirable to have them on at all times. I have only seen one SVX locally that actually has foglights.

The standard *integrated* fog-lights do have a seperate switch.
Since fog-lights are listed as standard equipment, would be quite interested to see more about these cars that don't have them. Anyone else on the site have an SVX without the fog-lights?

Not me. I have a 92 LS and mine has the fog lights and a factory switch to turn them off and on...just like every other SVX.
