Re: glass headlights

Jvan,

I will send to you - what is your email address.

I am based in New Zealand and we also get glass headlights, but in NZ we do not get the fog lights.

So I picked up 3 versions of the lights JPN/USA/NZ - the other 2 have got fog lights fitted, the reflectors in both have same p/n - the only thing that makes them LHD/RHD is the plastic lens.

I just recently picked up the motorized versions, going to use the fogs in these shortly.

regards

Stephen Surtees

Re: glass headlights

I have a pair of glass EDM headlamp assemblies. They have been sitting on a shelf for sometime now. Maybe this thread will rejunivate my interest in getting them installed. I have the switch but dont think I will be using it. I think I will just switch the glass over to the USDM assembly.

Keep us informed if you do this.

Re: glass headlights

My Blanca has european glass headlights. All I did was change the connectors for the low and high beams. I didn't connect the levelers (I adjusted them by hand). I also don't have the foglights. I actually prefer the look of them with the chrome blank. The bulbs are different from the USDM. H1 for the lows, and H3 for the highs.

They look great like that. Also, I had sent you a PM a while back about having the same wheels as your Ebony. I need to take some nice pics when the weather clears up and show you.
