Part name/number?

I had the original clips for this cover but the plastic piece that the clip goes into is cracked/missing so my clip popped off and I lost it. Before I order another set of clips, does anyone know the name of the metal part that has the two holes with a piece of plastic in the middle of the holes that holds the plastic screws in place is called? Or can I just get the two plastic pieces that belong in the holes. Again, I can get order # 24236 but what is the number for the part that they go into?

They don't come together because I had ordered the "plastic screws" that hold the cover down and that is all they sent me.

Thanks Eric. I will be down there on July 7th. You will see what I need. Don't need the bracket, just the "grommet".

Grommets of different sizes should be available at any auto parts store or maybe a hardware store?
Also the Sub dealer should know how to get a grommet for you.
