Subaru Rebuild Kit
i have searched the site and found that you can order a rebuild kit for around $300 but never found what exactly came in that kit. could anyone shed some light on what comes in this kit??

That sounds like the right price for the Complete Gasket Set I was looking at with a local Dealership a while back. I would have to look through what I have kept, but that's what is sounds like. No hard parts {rings, bearings}, things of that nature tho.

$300 for a full gasket kit?!?!
The head kit for my legacy is $325! (infamous EJ25 HG issue)

Where are you buying parts at? The kit for an EJ25 is around $300 too.
