fender liners wanted drivers headlight

I just got a '97 and for some reason it has no front fender liners. The owner didn't even know they were missing. The drivers headlight is cracked.

I got a headlight for $32.00 shipped.
I'll be buying the fender liners new. For both with all the hardware it's only $135.00 shipped.
