Although I don't think it would look that good on a red SVX, I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone 2-tone their car w/silver instead of black, ala other Subaru models, especially the Baja. I bet someone has done it. It might look good over a yellow, claret, laguna, teal, green, or bordeau. It would also make it possible to 2-tone a black SVX. A silver top would also have the added benefit of reflecting instead of absorbing heat from the sun.

I've found a Brilliant Red SVX at a good deal & am considering this scheme for it. Lemme know whatcha think.

BTW the one I'm looking at has a wing too, that'd be black as well, and the windows would be tinted as dark as possible.
I think that looks brilliant. It accentuates the wedge profile of the SVX. It looks pretty sharp in Laguna. The claret one looks nice too, but the Claret is so dark, the black line effect is not so noticeable as with the blue.

I would leave off the spoiler to keep the wedge image.

This is my three-tone silver SVX:

The lower plastics are painted [from the factory] with a dark grey. this colour scheme also highlights the wedge aspect. I think the lower grey panels would look wonderful on this blue car above.

Yeah, it's eighties, but I like it.

Yes it should have been! I was hoping it was a custom color someone here had done that I could get the code for. (still debating a color change)

It's Probably the "Sedona Red" used on the RS and WRX....

Assuming the car in this picture is original and not a repaint, you can get the Subaru paint in this colour if you want it.
[The car is definitely JDM. To my eye, it looks like it is resprayed, and the red colour is slightly off standard, by accident or by design I don't know]

The Subaru code is 247.

See the colour charts Here
It is sometimes called Ruby Mica.

Wasn't this car owned by the guy doing the ej25 swap?
If not, same paint job anyway.
