Ok, here is a video of the light bar in action.

It shows various speeds, and obviously one of the bulbs is burnt out.

maybe i should take this a bit more seriously. i wonder how much it would cost to have a pix of david hasselhoff painted on the hood of the svx??????????????????????????????

Umm...not counting a custom waterproof housing, the high intensity LEDs and driver IC circuit can be purchased from Radio Shack and assembled for less than $50, maybe much less. You could also use regular high intensity bulbs for better light dispersion, and it would still cost less $100.

Now I've just got to figure out how to get to the bulbs inside and see if I can replace the dead one.

the little faux center light just pops right out, there are 2 clips that you have to squeeze together on the top right & left sides. After that it's just a mater of removing the clear part from the back. which shouldn't be too hard, seeing as how it was done once before.
