Coil swap

Had a bad coil for some time. Had a new coil for a long time and have decided to do the swap before the cold weather really sets in.

Question...

The coil is for the front RH cylinder as you look at the engine. The connector for the coil sits at the back of the engine in a block of three. I have taken the upper connection off before, but never a lower connection (at the end of the coil pack lead). I assume that the bracket carrying the 3 connectors is bolted to the engine, but can't see.

Any advice please.

Thanks

That's correct Tony, and you'll wish you had smaller hands (or more fingers!) before all is said and done.

i recently took mine off. it is not too bad just a pain in the arse for people w/ big hands, I am 6'4" and my hands are quite large. It is not impossible but make sure you have gloves for the wife cuz they tend not to want to get dirty.
