These type of devices have been around for 50 years or so. They did some good when we had carburettors, they were fitted directly under the carb, and helped to atomise the droplets of fuel, that the carb tended to drop. They came in many forms, some were a wire screen mesh, spinning or stationary vanes.

Now that we don't have carbs, and no atomisation problems, they do absoultly nothing. The idea that they will not restrict the air flow, while causing a swirling that will last long enough to reach the combustion chamber, is just not on.

Just one of the many gadgets that remove $ from one pocket to another.
