Jadakiss is good too...but as far as like lyrical competence...if you ever listen to Big Punisher, he's just nasty. Canibus too. But "Dream Shatterer" by Big Pun is really good. So is "Shut 'em Down Remix" Onyx feat. Big Pun...diirrty

I'm pretty big on the RR group. They're all talented. I think that Sheek is the most underrated one though, DMX hasn't hit has hard as he used to, but the LOX makes up for what he's been lacking for sure.

DMX definitley went commercial, after his first 2 albums he went all wierd...idk I still think Canibus won that battle with LL, although LL did have a couple of good comebacks...Canibus "99% of your fans wear high heels" LL's comeback..."99% of your fans...dont exist" that was a good one

, Ja Rule's first cd was definitley one of the greatest as of late. I'm into mid 90's stuff too! Tupac, Biggie, Lost Boyz, Onyx....One of Canibus' best verses IMHO is in "Beasts from the East" It's definitley the shizz, Can-I-Bus his album with buckingham palace is really good also....

that is classic...check out the old cannibus stuff before the 2nd round knock out war started...you will know what L was talking about on a lot of his lyrics

onyx is one of my favs...tupac for sure...ja rule...old stuff...biggy...i couldn't get into...you can actually hear how fat he is in his voice, i think fat joe and dear old big pun sound much better...

anyways...my taste on rap is outdated, i like the old stuff not this bling bling, i bought a lincoln navi with my money honey...shiotz i like the clever stuff....em has some, even though i distest most of his clownin...lol anyways
