Well, I installed the plugs, wires, rotor and cap last night. All told, it was $48, including 12 pair of nitrile gloves.

Anyway, the car idles smoothly now. Yay.

So I guess next I need to figure out this alignment problem.
Nitrile gloves Rock!

If these would have been around when I worked in the bodyshop, I'd probably still be there. I buy them in boxes of 100, probably 4 boxes a year. I even wear them when just checking the oil.

Yeah, they do rock. I suffer 'blowouts' often, but they're certainly more durable than latex. And it's nice to be able to go in the house to use the toilet without having to ask my wife to open and close doors for me.

Before you ask, she won't do the zipping or unzipping - my clothes are usually just as filthy as those blue gloves.

Anyway, I especially like nitrile gloves for changing oil in the Legacy and SVX - both cars spill tons of oil when I remove the filter.

I order my gloves from Eastwood. I only occasionally suffer blowouts, usually when working on electrical connectors.

I and-turn a lot of bolts and nuts, and the gloves tend to catch on them. Over the weekend, I tried to pull a glove off and instead pulled off two blue fingers and a thumb.

A friend of mine uses fancy 'Mechanix' brand gloves. They look more like something you'd use for gardening than working o na car. I can't imagine trying to manipulate some of the small parts I've had to with those gauntlets.
