Front window alingment

Anyone have a problems with the front windows not going up correctly? If you roll the windows up with the door closed it leaves about a 1/8inch gap around the top. If you roll it up with the door open it actually sticks out past the top glass panel about 1/8 inch, it's like its to far back other than that they work fine. So anyone know if this is an adjustment issue or something broken in there. Just trying to get an idea of what to look for.

I don't know if this would fix the problem or not, but I did some looking around in there as I just had my door panel off because the clip that tracks along with the wire for raising/lowering the window broke.

Anyway, by the motor there is an adjusting bolt/nut arrangement.

The only other place that looked obvious to me for misalignment is the track that the rollers ride up/down in, maybe one of the rollers could be worn?
