Common exhaust parts?

I'm swapping my transmission this weekend, presumably, but I have this concern. I know that I'm going to have to replace some of my exhaust bolts, springs and gaskets. I realize that the bolts are common - but what about the gaskets? Am I going to be able to get these at an auto parts store? I find it hard to believe that Subaru would have had something so common as exhaust gaskets cusom made.

Anybody?

the gasket that connects the cat to the center pipe is "unique" i think (and not re-useable, it will crumble apart).

too bad you don't live around here

the car places tend to keep svx parts in stock, even the unique ones

guess it's the large number of them around this area

Thanks, man. Does NAPA make the part? If not, which manufacturer's part number is that?

I have the six (6) bolts for the exhaust... They are brand new and I kinda need to get rid of them.... They were sold to me from the dealer for about $33... I'll sell them to ya for $15.... I need to get rid of them and don't have the time to get back to the dealer that I bought them from..... The bolts are brand new.... I have the nuts too.... Let me know...

Thanks, I'll let you know if I need them - but they're just bolts, right? I mean, they're not special Subaru SVX Bolts, other than the fact that the came from the dealer, right?

Exhaust studs

I couldn't find exhaust studs when I replaced the Brat engine. Heck even crappy Lancaster County Motors ordered the wron studs twice. Good luck this weekend. Remember give blood to the cause or else it will surely fail. Also beer will make the whole process go easier and quicker.

So long as it isn't one of those "designer" vanilla or clear varities I guess that should be fine.
