my car just started squeeling when i come to a stop

i dont know what it is and its dark so i cant see at the moment but it starts at about 10 kp/h and doesnt seem to be affected by rpm and its not the brakes ? wen i slow down to a stop it cotinues for about 3 or 4 seconds after the car has come to a complete stop
im hopeing its a loose belt or something else easy il check it tomoro wen i have some light
